** Qualifications **
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications (hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage).

- Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
Familiar with Social Media and Digital Marketing platforms.

- Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging marketing content.

- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

- Well-organized, able to multitask, and work under pressure.

- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and service mindset.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, when required for hotel events.
Knowledge of hotel marketing, branding, CMS, OTA platforms, and Google Analytics is an advantage.

**Willing to be assigned to an affiliated hotel on Koh Chang.**
