We are looking for a
"Secretary to Owner + Cafe Manager"
(Full time)
Salary: 20,000-35,000 THB + service charge
(or higher depending on capabilities)

*Well skilled in computer literacy, using Microsoft Excel and social media*

Basic requirements:
1. Female or male aged between 24 - 35 years old
2. Competent skills in English speaking and writing skills.
3. Strong command in Excel, Words, Photoshop, Lightroom, Facebook Ad, Instagram Ad.
4. Strong skills in administrative works
5. Strong knowledge in cafe or restaurant operation and management with at least 2 years experience working in the industry.

Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting the management operations of all the workflows in the cafe to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Manage guest enqueries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
