Repair faulty Ac clean filter equipment units and damaged structures.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.

1.ตรวจสอบอาคาร อุปกรณ์ และระบบเพื่อระบุปัญหา
2.ซ่อมแซมหน่วยอุปกรณ์ตัวกรองแอร์ที่ชำรุดและโครงสร้างที่เสียหาย
3.พัฒนาและใช้ขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
4.จัดการระบบทำความร้อนและประปาเพื่อรับประกันการทำงาน
5.วางแผนจัดตารางเพื่อซ่อมแซม
6.ดำเนินการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอุปกรณ์และระบบเป็นระยะเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
7.ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาทั่วไป ได้แก่ การจัดสวน ทาสี และช่างไม้
8.ช่วยพัฒนาและดำเนินการตามงบประมาณของฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง
9.สามารถทาสีผนังเคลือบเงาไม้และงานอื่นๆได้
