I hold a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the Technological University in Myanmar. Therefore, I am familiar with construction process. I am proficient in handling AutoCAD software (80%) by creating shop drawings. I also experienced in detailed estimates including BE, BQ. I am knowledgeable in tendering process, progress claim, VO claim and earned value analysis. Also, my attention to detail and time management skills allow me to ensure accuracy, efficiency in the workplace and smooth collaboration among team members.

Besides, I worked as a Building Officer at Terminal M Leisure Mall, the one and largest leisure malls in northern Yangon, Myanmar with the duties and responsibilities of overseeing and monitoring the various progress of fitting out works by coordinating between the landlord’s design teams and contractors to ensure compliance with building specifications.
