Room Division /Hotel Manager
Job Description:
+Manage overall property operations, customer services and maintenance
+Drive revenue through marketing initiatives both online and offline
+Cope with full Profit and Loss statement regularly to achieve the top-down target
+Build, coach and motivate team members' spirit
+Handle and optimize all the systems related i.e. PMS, Channel Manager, OTAs, Social media
+Coordinate with external parties and government departments as the hotel representative

Qualification:
+Age range: 35-45
+Education: Bachelor degree or higher
+Strong leadership and hands on
+Excellent communication in both Thai and English
+Computer literacy e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheet, Canva, etc.
+Ownership mindset, flexible hours and work under pressure
