✅ Thai female only, 25-35 years old
✅ Good command of English (spoken & written)
✅ Computer literate
✅ Own car & valid driving license

???? Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director and Manager with real estate listings, contracts, and research
• Provide client support and handle inquiries
• Be actively involved in marketing tasks and daily operations

???? Compensation:
• Basic salary + commission
• Bonuses for good performance & achieving targets
