Job Opportunity: Business Development Officer

LADICT™ MarCom Digital and Non-Digital Agency, rooted in Phuket serving globally.
is seeking a dynamic, personable, and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.

Especially indicated to Associate, Middle-senior and Senior sales and marketing people.
Experience in Marketing or IT/Web Agencies is prioritized (but not limited to).
This is a non-management role but can lead to management and director positions.

We’re looking for someone passionate about building relationships and developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in sales, marketing, communication, IT, or the F&B industry, any kind of business management.

If you have no experience but you think you have the right numbers, try to apply and if selected we will provide stunning training.

On-site position with the possibility of remote work for special projects.
Agency has a very interesting existing Client Portfolio.

Requirement:
* Age: 28-60
* Thai National
* Fluency in English (Clients are mainly foreign stakeholders)
* Own transportation & valid driver’s license
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting
* Proactively manage and grow new client accounts through various channels
* Proactively manage existing client accounts
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations
* Stay updated on industry trends
