Key Responsibilities:

Villa Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with villa owners. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring their needs are met and they receive optimal support for success on the platform.

Onboarding & Support: Guide new villa partners through the onboarding process, ensure seamless integration into the platform.

Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing bookings for villa partners. Ensure long-term retention by providing ongoing support and promoting growth.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor villa account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize listings, visibility, and bookings.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team

Content and Branding Support: Assist villa partners with enhancing their listings by providing guidance on content optimization, photos, and promotional offers to improve booking potential.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or issues villa partners may have in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on villa partner performance, showcasing key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to relay feedback, discuss new opportunities.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel, villa, and hospitality trends to provide clients with the most

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the travel, villa, or hospitality industry.

- Monthly Incentive (Potential 10-15 k or more in commission)
