What you'll be doing:
- Warmly welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs as required
- Proactively identify and address any guest concerns or issues
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Provide recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience
- Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and ambiance of the resort

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role especially familiar with PMS program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Fluency in both English and Thai
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
