MEP & Infrastructure - Site Engineer (contract base – full time)
Budget: THB 65k – 80k
Job Descriptions:
• To coordinate with oversea MEP consultant, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
• To ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximized.
• To oversee and monitor MEP, Infrastructure, ELV/IT/AV work progress to ensure timely work completion.
• To manage and control the changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• To manage and control QAQC for the products.
• To prepare and submit the site bi-weekly & monthly report.
• To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project requirement and expectations.
• To supervise and monitor site construction works to ensure in accordance to drawings.
• To understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
• To oversee daily site activities and site coordination with contractors.
• To undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
• Minimum 9-10 years of working experience in similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry.
• Good communication in both spoken and writing English and Thai.
• Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
• Positive thinking, self-motivated, team work, self-discipline, good working attitude and initiative.
• Able to work independently and meet tight schedules.
• Work Location: Four Seasons Naka Yai, Phuket, Thailand.
