RESERVATION OFFICER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received on the system.
*Follow reservation confirmations. *Follow stop sales / open sales charts with hotels and update in the system.
*Check allocated rooms daily and be in touch with hotels co-ordinally for the availabilities.
*Answer requests from Tour OperatorAssist to Tour Operator for the guest complains and check the event with hoteliers, providing solutions together with hotels.
*Work co-ordinally with Accounting Department to check correct rate calculations on hotel proformas.
*Participate in trainings deemed necessary by the company.
*Follow the written and verbal instructions given by the manager. *Fulfills assigned tasks on time.
SKILLS
-Must have Thai as a native language
-Advance written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English languages.
-University Degree (Tourism will be desirable)
-Personality traits ; Good attitude, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
-Service Skills; Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work closely with Teammates and other departments in a complex multinational company
-Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business.
