POSITION: VILLA ASSISTANT (Path to Estate Manager)
Location: Phuket
This is a private luxury residence and sanctuary for meditation. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant who will start by serving the household and grow into a professional Estate Manager under our direct mentorship.
The Role: From Service to Guardianship You will begin with hands-on responsibilities, ensuring the daily comfort of the owners and the flawless state of the property. This is a role for someone who understands that true management starts with mastering the smallest detail.
Key Responsibilities
Service and Support: Acting as a personal assistant and server, handling orders, and ensuring the owners' needs are met with silence and speed.
Quality Control: Inspecting the work of housekeepers and external contractors. You must verify that a repair is actually fixed, not just hidden.
Technical Apprenticeship: You will be trained to understand the house systems (MEP). You will learn to identify a defect before it becomes a failure.
Zero Friction: Maintaining the sanctuary's atmosphere by eliminating waste and unnecessary movements.
The Ideal Candidate
Has a proactive mindset: You do not wait for a task; you see the need and act.
Demonstrates high integrity and a "White Business" hygiene mindset.
Is technically curious: You want to know how things work and why they fail.
Possesses uncompromising attention to detail: You see the dust, the loose screw, and the fading scent.
Fluent in English and Thai (essential for managing contractors).
Ambitious: You want to build a career in managing high-end private estates, moving away from the hotel industry.
