Manager – Premium Thai Massage Salon
Build and lead a professional team in a calm, well-structured environment in Rawai, Phuket.

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager to oversee daily operations and support the stable growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations

Maintain service standards and guest experience

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and discipline

Work closely with the Junior Manager and operations team

Handle day-to-day issues and resolve situations professionally

Coordinate with ownership and provide regular updates

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in spa, massage, or service-based businesses

Upper-Intermediate English or higher (daily communication with international guests and management)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Ability to work full-time on-site in Rawai, Phuket

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary plus revenue-based commission

Monthly KPI bonus
