Qualification:
•Thai Nationality
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Experience in the position will be an advantage
•Good command of written and spoken English/Thai
•Computer literacy in MS Office
•positive attitude and able to work under pressure


Responsibilities
• Responding to incoming email and telephone enquiries.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Obtain information from insured or involved persons for purpose of settling claim with insurance carrier.
• Insurance knowledge is valuable as you will be working with our clients as well as insurance companies and your colleagues.
• Travelling to meet new and existing clients
