‼️‼️Hiring: Interior Stylist / Soft Furnishing Designer (Full-time or Part-time)
Phuket, Thailand (Hybrid / On-site required)

❇️We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage and property investment team based in Phuket. Our focus is high-end villas, investment condos, and short-term rental properties.

We are looking for a Soft Furnishing Designer / Interior Stylist who understands not only design — but how design increases property value, rental yield, and sales conversion.

This is NOT a purely decorative role. We want someone who understands ROI.

❇️ Responsibilities

• Develop soft furnishing concepts based on property positioning (Luxury Villa / Investment Condo / Airbnb / Showroom Unit)
• Select furniture, lighting, textiles, artwork & accessories
• Create mood boards and simple visual presentations
• Prepare budget breakdowns and optimize cost efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for on-site execution
• Support staging for property sales and marketing photos
• Adjust design direction according to target buyers (European, Chinese, Russian markets)


❇️ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of soft furnishing or interior styling experience
• Proven completed projects (real photos required, not only renders)
• Strong sense of budget control
• Ability to read floor plans and propose practical layouts
• Basic English communication skills
• Supplier network in Thailand is a plus

❇️Bonus If You Have

• Experience staging properties for Airbnb or property sales
• Experience increasing rental income or shortening selling time
• 3D / visualization skills

❇️ Compensation

Flexible structure depending on experience:

• Full-time salary + project bonus

• Project-based payment (Part-time)
