Key Qualifications
▪️Strong expertise in Thai cuisine
▪️ Good knowledge of international / Western cuisine
▪️ Minimum 5+ years of experience
▪️ At least 2 years in an international or Western kitchen
Position & Leadership
▪️ Experience at Sous Chef level or above
▪️ Strong leadership & Training skills
▪️ Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
Kitchen Operations
▪️ Knowledge of HACCP standards
▪️ Banqueting experience
▪️ Ability to delegate manage multiple events simultaneously
▪️ Stock control & cost management
