Administrative Assistant – Wealth Management & Client Services
Phuket, Thailand
We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our growing wealth management business in Phuket, supporting our Client Services Manager and advisory team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves managing client documentation, preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, liaising with providers and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing and checking client documentation
• Maintaining spreadsheets and internal records
• Managing client and provider correspondence
• Assisting with compliance and administration processes
• Monitoring outstanding tasks and following up where required
• Supporting the advisory team with day-to-day administration
• General office administration and client service support
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance or professional services
• Experience working with international clients
• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
