Epicure is a new fine dining restaurant opening in Phuket, inspired by Thailand's micro-seasons, local producers, and sustainable cuisine. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis 1 to join our opening team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and organize ingredients for service.
Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and plating.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of every dish.
Support the team during mise en place and service.
Follow all hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience as Commis 1 or a similar role.
Passion for cooking and fine dining.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication skills.
