Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential branch locations.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for expansion projects.

- Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.

- Manage the setup of new branches, including licenses, permits, utilities, and operational readiness.

- Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure new locations are completed and opened on schedule.

- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams throughout the expansion process.

- Negotiate rental agreements, contracts, and service terms with business partners.

- Monitor project budgets and prepare progress reports for management.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and expansion reports.

- Travel to project sites for inspections, meetings, and coordination as required.

- Support additional business development and expansion initiatives assigned by management.



Qualifications

- Thai nationality only.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Experience in business development, project management, retail expansion, restaurant expansion, or franchise operations is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Willing and able to travel for work when required.

- A valid Thai driving license is preferred
