คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- ปริญญาตรี-โท สาขานิติศาสตร์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ และมีประสบการณ์ว่าความ 1-3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจดทะเบียนบริษัท การขอใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการจดทะเบียนอสังหาริมทรัพย์ การขอใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถจัดกับเอกสารได้ดี
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้อย่างดี
- หากมีโนตารี่ หรือสามารถสื่อสารภาษาฝรั่งเศส รัสเซีย หรือจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Possession of a valid Attorney-at-Law License with at least 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Knowledge of and practical experience in company registration, corporate secretarial matters, and obtaining business-related licenses and permits.
• Knowledge of and practical experience in real estate registration, land registration, and obtaining permits and licenses related to land and construction.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, and able to manage legal documents efficiently and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and ability to work effectively as part of a teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A Notarial Services Attorney License, or proficiency in French, Russian, or Chinese, will be considered an advantage.
