หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ | Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของแผนกแม่บ้านทั้งหมด
Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations.
- ควบคุมมาตรฐานความสะอาดของห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
Ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
- วางแผนกำลังคน มอบหมายงาน และบริหารทีมแม่บ้าน
Plan staffing, assign duties, and manage the housekeeping team.
- ควบคุม Linen, Amenities, Supplies และค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนก
Monitor linen, amenities, supplies, and departmental costs.
- ตรวจสอบและพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตาม SOP และมาตรฐานของโรงแรม
Ensure compliance with SOPs and continuously improve housekeeping standards.

คุณสมบัติ | Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Housekeeping Manager หรือระดับใกล้เคียงในธุรกิจโรงแรม
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar hotel management role.
- มีภาวะผู้นำและมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
Strong leadership and team management skills.
- มีความรู้ด้าน Housekeeping Operations, Linen และ Inventory Control
Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, linen, and inventory control.
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถตัดสินใจได้ดี
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong decision-making skills.
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาและทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
