Job Description:

Managing all resort social media channels — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Developing the monthly social media content calendar

Creating and coordinating photo/video content, Reels, Stories and short-form videos
Writing captions and maintaining the resort’s tone of voice

Responding to comments, messages and online enquiries

Growing followers and engagement organically
Supporting paid social media campaigns and promotions

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B, Rooms and other departments to identify content opportunities

Coordinating photoshoots and working with photographers/videographers/influencers
Monitoring competitors and hospitality/social media trends

Managing online reputation and encouraging guest-generated content

Tracking performance and preparing monthly social media reports

Supporting website content, SEO and other digital marketing activities
