SPA SENIOR MANAGER – THALANG, PHUKET

Nua Thai Massage is looking for a strong operational manager to lead a premium wellness salon (new branch).


What You Will Do:
• Oversee daily salon operations
• Create, implement and continuously improve SOPs and operational systems
• Drive sales growth and improve customer retention
• Manage staff schedules, discipline & performance
• Analyze revenue, occupancy, repeat clients, staff productivity and other KPIs
• Identify operational problems and proactively implement solutions
• Maintain consistent service standards
• Work directly with ownership

We Are Looking For:

• Thai nationals only. Full-time, on-site in Phuket (Thalang).
