Key Responsibilities
• Organize and supervise the daily work of the cleaning team
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks
• Monitor discipline, workload, and cleaning quality
• Train and coordinate housekeeping employees
• Control cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure safety and sanitary standards
• Coordinate with site representatives
• Prepare operational reports and resolve day-to-day issues
