We are looking for an experienced Villa Manager to join our Property Management team and take care of premium villas in Bang Tao.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operation of assigned villas
Coordinate housekeeping, technicians, contractors and other service providers
Monitor maintenance and repair works and make sure tasks are completed on time
Conduct regular villa inspections and control the condition of the property
Prepare villas for guest check-ins and ensure high standards are maintained
Communicate with owners and internal teams
Handle issues quickly and follow up until they are fully resolved
Keep records and reports related to villa operations and maintenance

Requirements:
Thai national
Previous experience specifically as a Villa Manager is required
Good English skills — priority
Responsible, proactive and well-organized
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
