We are searching for a Site Admin to support the administrative operations of the site office for a landmark real estate and hospitality development project.

The Role
● Manage day-to-day site office administration, including document filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
● Support site attendance tracking, timesheets, and coordination of site personnel schedules
● Assist with preparation of site reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation
● Coordinate site office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and vendor arrangements
● Support communication between site teams, contractors, and the head office
● Maintain organized records for permits, certificates, and site compliance documents
● Report to the Site Manager / relevant Project Manager
