We are searching for a Managing Director (MD) to be the highest on-site leader of this project.

The Role
• Lead the entire operation from pre-opening: operational planning, SOP development, team building, and opening preparation
• Full day-to-day decision-making authority as the on-site leader after launch
• Build and lead the complete operations organization (all departments) from the ground up
• Provide operational input into design and construction phases
• Report directly to the overall Project Lead
