รายละเอียด

- Male or Female (Thai only)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven experience in sales management or having previously held the position of Director of Sales (DOS)
- Expertise in key market segments such as Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), Leisure, and OTA (Online Travel Agencies)
- Ability to formulate strategies, manage budgets (including P&L), and coach/develop the sales team
- Strong understanding of business metrics such as RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and market trend analysis
- Excellent English communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation skills and established relationships with agents and tour operators
