Key Accountabilities:

General

- Assists the sales & marketing team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
- Assists sales department with all sales department needs, run reports for management, and attend sales calls.
- Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client needs.
- Able to work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to advance the department and help develop sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintaining supplies of sales materials, including brochures, leaflet and other printing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Experience:
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- 2 years and above from sale department.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (both Thai & English. Third language is preferable)
- Self confident
- Creativity
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
- Proficient computer skills
