Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.
- Manage spa reservations, appointments, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about spa treatments, wellness programs, and facilities.
- Process payments, billing, cash handling, and daily financial reports accurately.
- Recommend and upsell spa treatments, memberships, and retail products.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate daily therapist schedules and support smooth spa operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Prepare daily reports, guest incident records, and required administrative documents.
- Participat in daily briefings, training sessions, and maintain company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Receptionist, Spa Therapist, or another role within the spa or wellness industry.
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness resort, or hotel spa is highly preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine service mindset.
- Proficient in spa booking systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Friendly, well-groomed, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn and grow within the wellness industry.
