- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

- At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or branding, with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of both online and offline marketing strategies.

- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand image.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, planning, and budget control.

- Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).

- Competent in computer applications and digital marketing tools.

- High level of leadership, able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
