ตำแหน่ง : Loyalty Manager
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Loyalty, Rooms Operations, or Customer Experience within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience with Marriott Bonvoy or other hotel loyalty programs is highly preferred.
Experience in leading teams and managing guest satisfaction initiatives.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Marriott Bonvoy program benefits, elite member recognition, enrollment strategies, and loyalty engagement.
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests and associates.
- Ability to analyze loyalty reports, guest feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operating systems (Opera, GXP, Marsha, MARSHA, CRM tools, etc.).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
