RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Complex Director of Sales in
executing sales strategies across our hotel
portfolio.
* Manage assigned market segments and key
accounts to achieve agreed revenue, room night
and account production targets.
* Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site
inspections and account visits.
* Develop new business opportunities and maintain
strong relationships with DMCs, tour operators,
wholesalers, corporate accounts, airlines and other
business partners.
* Monitor account production, booking trends and
market opportunities and provide regular sales
updates.
*Participate in sales blitzes, trade events,
roadshows, networking activities and promotional
campaigns.
* Coordinate closely with Revenue, Reservations, E-
Commerce and hotel operations to maximize
business conversion and revenue opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree
* 3–5 years' hotel sales experience
* Strong Phuket/travel-trade network
* Proven revenue and account-development track
record
* Strong English communication and negotiation
skills
* Commercially driven and results-oriented
