Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in F&B management or a supervisory role within hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants.
Key Skills (ทักษะที่สำคัญ)
Leadership & Management: Strong team leadership, staff training, and scheduling abilities.
Financial Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, and P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis.
Customer Service: Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and POS (Point of Sale) software.
