ABOUT THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, tourism, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online campaign management.
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of hotel marketing, OTA platforms, online reputation management, and customer engagement is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Marketing tools, and social media management platforms.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
