Qualification:
1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or related field

2.⁠ ⁠Experience 1–3 years in: Accounting firm / bookkeeping, Finance admin, Audit assistant or Business operations

Preferred: Experience working with: External accounting firm, Foreign clients, SME / property / developer business

3.⁠ ⁠Required Knowledge: Basic accounting concepts such as
- Revenue vs Expense
- Invoice / Receipt
- Cash vs Bank transaction

Thai compliance basics:
- VAT (ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)
- Withholding Tax (หัก ณ ที่จ่าย)
- Monthly / yearly filing cycle

4.⁠ ⁠Core Competencies
- ⁠Attention to Detail (Non-negotiable)
- Can identify missing or inconsistent documents
- Works carefully and systematically

5.⁠ ⁠Organization Skill;
- Strong document management
- Clean folder structure mindset
- Able to track multiple clients simultaneously

6. Common sense

7.⁠ ⁠Coordination Skill: Be able to work between client, lawyer and accountant (acting as middle control point)

8.⁠ ⁠Communication Skill:
- Thai: Fluent
- English: Basic to Intermediate (email + simple communication)

9.⁠ ⁠Technical Skills;
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Google Drive / Dropbox (file organization)
- Email communication
- Basic reporting / tracking sheet creation
- Express (accounting system)

10.⁠ ⁠Must be:
- Responsible and reliable
- Detail-oriented
- Systematic thinker
- Comfortable with routine but alert to problems
