Skipper for Motor Yachts 40-70ft
Full-time job located in Royal Phuket Marina, Phuket Province.
Thai Only.

Qualifications
– Valid skipper license.
– Proven experience in handling boats, including navigation, anchoring, and docking in varied conditions.
– Strong knowledge of Phuket waters.
– Leadership and crew management skills.
– Good knowledge of mechanical and electric systems for troubleshooting onboard equipment.
– Good level of English.
– Non-smoker.

Responsibilities
– Navigate and operate private and charter boats safely in all conditions, including anchoring, and docking.
– Plan itineraries considering weather, tides, and guest preferences.
– Manage and supervise crew.
– Maintain the vessel’s readiness.
– Keep accurate logbooks for navigation, fuel, and maintenance.
– Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
