We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our luxury villa/luxury product team.

Position: Hospitality & Guest Relations Executive

Job Description:

- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience.
- Manage guest communications, inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, villa owners, and business partners.
- Coordinate guest activities, excursions, transportation, and other hospitality services.
- Promote and upsell villa services, experiences, tours, and additional products to maximize revenue.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and unexpected situations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the development of new hospitality experiences and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up with clients to encourage repeat bookings and long-term relationships.

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury villas, hotels, guest relations, or a related field
- ⁠Friendly, professional, organized, and customer-focused
- Positive attitude with a proactive and service-minded approach
- Passionate about creating and building relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
- Upselling products and anticipating guests' needs
- Acting as the point of contact for villa owners
- Flexible to work various schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Active and energetic personality with a genuine passion for adventure activities and travel
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
