Assistant HR & Training
1.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Training, preferably in the hotel industry.
2.Must have hands-on experience with Tiger Soft software, particularly payroll and HR management systems.
3.Knowledge of labor laws, HR documentation, time attendance records, and employee data management.
4.Able to prepare training-related documents and coordinate with the Department of Skill Development, including handling training documentation and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
5.Able to plan, coordinate, and monitor training activities, prepare annual training plans and training reports, and maintain relevant training records.
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
8.Detail-oriented, trustworthy, able to maintain employee confidentiality, and work effectively as part of a team.
9.Good command of English for workplace communication.

Commis I-Canteen
1. Experience in food preparation in hotels, restaurants, or staff canteens.
2. Experience in purchasing and ordering ingredients from local markets, ensuring good quality and cost-effectiveness.
3. Able to check the quality, freshness, and quantity of ingredients upon delivery.
4. Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and staff meal preparation.
5. Able to control ingredient usage, minimize food waste, and use supplies efficiently.
6. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment hygiene in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Responsible, hardworking, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Able to work according to assigned shifts and schedules.
