Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Phuket, Thailand

Are you a creative, strategic, and results-driven marketing professional who enjoys working in an international education environment?

Oak Meadow International School Phuket is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and develop our school’s marketing activities, strengthen our brand presence, and support student recruitment and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

•TEAM LEADERSHIP
Manage and inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing and content team

•DIGITAL STRATEGY
Develop & execute innovative multi-channel online campaigns

•CONTENT CREATION
Curate compelling digital assets, videos, and stories for multiple platforms

•MARKETING GROWTH
Drive admissions and enhance brand presence in Phuket & beyond


Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
✅ Proven minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
✅ Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✅ Strong organizational and project management skills
✅ Ability to analyze marketing performance and develop strategies based on results
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✅ Experience in an international school, education, or similar environment is an advantage
✅ Strong English communication skills
