Before the music hits and before the night really starts, you're the reason the transition feels effortless. The tone you set at the door carries all the way through.

What you'll do
• Open the night ready: door and reception spotless, guest list and VIP bookings reviewed, reservation software live, wristbands prepped and loaded with credits.
• Greet every guest with warmth and their name where you have it, walk them in, and hand over to the service team.
• Run the guest list and the door queue together, moving in sync with bar, security and floor so VIPs, regulars and first-timers all feel looked after.
• Stay unshakeable when the queue's long or a guest's unhappy: offer a fix fast, flag it to your manager, and check back once they're settled.
• Close out the night properly: guest flow and no-shows logged, the guest list updated and your station reset for tomorrow.

What you'll bring
• Thai nationality or the right to work in Thailand with the correct work permit.
• Ability to speak English
• Experience working on a reception desk or in customer service.
• A natural warmth with people, plus a calm head when the queue builds and the door doesn't stop.
• Confidence using a reservation system.

What you'll get
• Competitive salary plus service charge.
• Working hours are 7:30pm to 4:30am or 9:30pm to 6:30am, depending on your shift.
