Picture this: the bass drops, the lights hit differently, and the whole room moves as one. That's a normal night at BOA, our house music club in Phuket.
Every one of those nights runs on more than the music. Behind the bar and the tills, someone's making sure every payment lands right and the numbers add up exactly when the lights come on. That's you.
As Cashier Controller, you'll run BOA's tills and payment systems from doors open to last call, keeping every transaction accurate, secure and guest-ready. What you'll do
• Get the tills and payment systems fully ready before doors open: POS and card terminals tested, float counted and signed off, receipts stocked, station spotless.
• Process every order on the POS quickly and accurately, cash, card, mobile or QR, applying discounts, refunds and exchanges as needed.
• Count cash precisely, hand back correct change, and keep the drawer locked and out of sight whenever it's not in use.
• Greet every guest with a smile, answer questions clearly, and resolve pricing or payment issues on the spot, looping in a manager when needed.
• Close out every shift properly: balance the drawer, reconcile sales against payment records, and hand over clean, accurate reports.

What you'll get
• Working hours are 7:30pm to 4:30am or 9:30pm to 6:30am, depending on your shift.
