Rex Real Estate is hiring - Property Manager (Bangtao, Phuket)

We're looking for an organised Property Manager to look after our growing portfolio of rental units, keeping owners happy, guests well cared for and operations running smoothly.

What you'll do:
Manage bookings, check-ins and guest communication
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs
Oversee rental operations and owner reporting

What we're looking for:
Experience in property management, hospitality or operations (a plus, not essential)
Fluent Thai and English (more languages a plus)
Highly organised, calm and reliable
Professional, reliable and customer-focused

What you get:
Competitive salary based on experience plus performance incentives
Social Security, 2 days off per week, 15+ public holidays, paid annual leave

Full-time, 5 days per week, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Office: Bangtao (flexible to leave the office to visit properties)
