Print Phuket รับออกแบบและพิมพ์งานให้ธุรกิจทั่วประเทศไทย ทั้งเมนู ฉลากสินค้า สติกเกอร์ ป้าย และสติกเกอร์ติดกระจก เรามีทั้งร้านค้าออนไลน์และหน้าร้านที่ป่าตอง และกำลังเติบโตต่อเนื่อง

เรากำลังมองหาคนที่จะเป็นด่านหน้าของร้าน ดูแลลูกค้าทั้งที่หน้าร้าน ทาง WhatsApp, LINE, โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล เปลี่ยนคำถามของลูกค้าให้เป็นออเดอร์ และดูแลให้งานทุกชิ้นถึงมือลูกค้าตามที่ตกลงกันไว้

หน้าที่หลัก
- ต้อนรับลูกค้าหน้าร้าน สอบถามความต้องการ และแนะนำสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
- ตอบแชตและข้อความลูกค้าทาง WhatsApp, LINE, โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- ทำงานคู่กับระบบแชต AI ของร้าน: ตรวจดูบทสนทนา รับช่วงต่อเมื่อลูกค้าต้องการคุยกับพนักงาน และต่อเรื่องเดิมได้ทันทีเมื่อลูกค้าที่เคยมาหน้าร้านทักแชตมาทีหลัง
- สอบถามรายละเอียดงานให้ครบ (สินค้า ขนาด จำนวน วัสดุ กำหนดส่ง ไฟล์งาน) และทำใบเสนอราคาด้วยระบบราคาของร้าน
- ติดตามใบเสนอราคาและปิดการขาย
- ตรวจไฟล์งานและการชำระเงิน แล้วส่งรายละเอียดงานให้ทีมผลิตอย่างชัดเจน
- แจ้งความคืบหน้า การรับสินค้า และการจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า โดยไม่รับปากเกินกว่าที่ทำได้จริง
- บันทึกข้อมูลใน Shopify และ monday.com และส่งรายงานประจำวันสั้น ๆ

คุณสมบัติ
- สัญชาติไทย
- ภาษาไทยดีเยี่ยม ทั้งพูด อ่าน และเขียน
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมั่นใจทั้งพูดและเขียน เพราะต้องคุยกับลูกค้าต่างชาติทุกวัน
- มีประสบการณ์งานบริการลูกค้า งานขาย หรืองานธุรการ
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ แอปแชต อีเมล และระบบออนไลน์ได้คล่อง พิมพ์ไทยและอังกฤษได้เร็วและแม่นยำ
- เป็นระเบียบ รับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ ใจเย็นแม้ในวันที่งานยุ่ง
- พร้อมเรียนรู้เครื่องมือใหม่ ๆ รวมถึง AI

จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพิมพ์ ป้าย งานออกแบบ หรือค้าปลีก
- เคยใช้ Shopify หรือระบบ CRM
- พูดภาษาที่สามได้

ไม่มีประสบการณ์งานพิมพ์ก็สมัครได้ เราสอนงานให้ทั้งเรื่องสินค้า วัสดุ และระบบของร้าน

Print Phuket designs and prints for businesses across Thailand: menus, product labels, stickers, signs, window graphics and more. We run an online store and a shop in Patong, and we're growing.

We're looking for the person our customers talk to. At the counter, on WhatsApp and LINE, by phone and email, you'll turn questions into orders and make sure every order reaches the customer exactly as agreed.

What you'll do
- Welcome walk-in customers, understand what they need and help them choose the right product
- Answer enquiries on WhatsApp, LINE, phone and email, in Thai and English
- Work alongside our AI chat assistant: review its conversations, step in when a customer needs a person, and pick up the thread when a walk-in customer messages us later
- Collect everything a quote needs (product, size, quantity, material, deadline, artwork) and prepare quotes with our pricing tools
- Follow up quotes and turn enquiries into paid orders
- Check customer files and payments, then hand clear job details to our print team
- Keep customers updated on progress, pickup and delivery, without promising what we can't deliver
- Keep records up to date in Shopify and monday.com and send a short daily report

What you need
- Thai nationality
- Native Thai (speaking, reading and writing)
- Confident spoken and written English: you'll talk with international customers every day
- Experience in customer service, sales or office administration
- Comfortable with computers, chat apps, email and online systems; fast, accurate typing in Thai and English
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented; calm on busy days
- Keen to learn new tools, including AI

Nice to have
- Experience in printing, signage, design or retail
- Shopify or CRM experience
- A third language

No printing experience? Still apply. We train you on our products, materials and systems.

- From ฿20,000 per month
- Monday–Friday 11:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00 (1-hour break), Sunday off
