ตำแหน่ง : Mobility Spa Trainer

Job Requirement:

1.To conduct training and support taskforces when required

2.To leading Spa audit for oversea outlet and be mobility to visit the Spa outlet.

3.Monitor trends and align with the overall Banyan Tree Angsana spa concept and direction.

4.To provide clear and proper instructions in the delivery of Spa menu training ta exceed guest
expectations and satisfaction according to the brand standard and ensuring all safety measures are always taken in to consideration.

5.To support Spa consultation and operational roles when required.

Key Result Areas:

1. To conduct technical training of Spa menu multiband of New Therapist Training, Refresh & Fill Up
Skill Training, Deployment Training Overseas Menu.
2. Conduct Train The Trainer Program of Senior cum Supervisor Program.
3. Conduct Quality Assurance Program
4. Conduct Product Knowledge/Menu Training to Operation front liners, Standard service and touch
Points, Grooming Course.
5. Other related training may require on brand standards.
6. Conduct Spa Audit of Online, Onsite of Facilities, Trainer grading skill, Trainer training skill.
7. Develop the Spa Concept and treatment, menu protocols, and handle other adhoc project.
8. Support the team to develop new Spa treatments and detail the equipment needed for the
implementation and improvement of Spa treatments or Wellbeing activities and practices.
9. Support Spa deployment of Taskforce or Preopening to take the roles of Snr. Therapist cum trainer
as per requirements.
10. Assist the Wellbeing hub team during peak periods and when experiencing manpower shortages.

Main Duties:

1.Training for New Trainees (up on required)

a. Coordination of the confirmation of the number of new trainees commencing each course.
b. Conduct classes for trainees following training courses & evaluation progress.
c. To prepare models and model questionnaires and follow up the results for all trainees.
d. To submit reports and prepare documents for the required reporting periods of Monthly, Quarterly
and Yearly.

2. Control and ensure the technique and skills standards of the training courses for all trainees.

a. To ensure new trainees perform good techniques Spa menu training programs
b. To assess and evaluate Spa employee recruitment candidates.
c. To ensure all the trainees have performed well on technique skill & product knowledge according
to the company expectations & standards.
d. To ensure all the trainees have enough time to practice on models to have their skills developed
up to a certain and agreed level.
e. To arrange evaluation sessions which provides all trainees with valuable feedback on how to
improve accordingly.

3. Prepare and update the training curriculum and materials of Spa training programs

a. Prepare & update training documents & model questionnaires to suitable standards according to
the relevant training course.
b. Prepare & update handouts for each training course.
c. Update the training curriculum and training materials according to the Master syllabus.
d. Coordinate and support public activities in general and join activities as required by the company.
e. Work with Wellbeing hub team to develop new massages & new treatments or workshops which
are related to different expertise.

4. Pre - opening support and take respond of special project

a. To support as mobility service for oversea deployment for new opening outlet or short-term
support of taskforce assignment.
b. To ensure Spa setup and service has maintain standard as per company required.
c. To conduct training of technical & non technical program to ensure for service assurance up on
