•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
•Strong understanding of setting marketing objectives, tactics, and strategies.
•Experience in online marketing, advertising, and finance/budget planning and management.
•Proven ability to drive revenue through marketing activities.
•Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
•In-depth knowledge of social media dynamics, content creation, advertising, engagement, and performance analysis.
•Familiarity with key digital marketing agencies.
•Ability to manage brand and property advertising, branding, and related marketing requirements.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs; knowledge of design principles is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
•Self-motivated, strong team player, and able to work and adapt under pressure.
