- Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role in a luxury five star hotel/resort
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor and develop a team
- Good communication skills, Fluent in English
- Good planning & co-ordination
- Hard working, positive attitude with a pleasing personality
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for details to achieve operational excellence
