• Develop and implement social media strategies for Dinso Resort to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Create and publish engaging content on various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, and complaints and respond in a timely and professional manner.

• Scout for impact KOLs, influencers, and bloggers to collaborate with Dinso Resort.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.

• Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media campaigns and improve performance.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve social media marketing efforts.

• Generate ideas for impactful promotions and content strategy, which are aligned with the tone and voice of resort.

• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials with the in-house graphic designer.

• Collaborate with Director of Marketing, SEAL commercial team at IHG and external agencies to ensure that funds are spent on sponsored advertising, SEO, SEM.

• Collaborate and create content with other related F&B outlets to grow awareness.

• Promote the resort in the local market, maintain a database of customers and engage with them to drive business.

• Engage with regular clients of the resort to market special offers and events.

• Assist Director of Marketing in terms of the other marketing activities.

• Manage the CMS of IHG brand website and individual brand website.

• Work on press, PR, media release and barter collaborations for the highest possible awareness.
