Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chef de Cuisine Expat at Banyan Tree Phuket located in Phuket. As a Chef de Cuisine Expat, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production and preparation in the kitchen. You will manage a team of culinary professionals, create innovative menus, ensure food quality and safety, and collaborate with other departments to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
-Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and principles
-Ability to create innovative and visually appealing menus
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
-Fluency in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus
