ตำแหน่ง : Russian, Korean Resort Host
The Resort Host role at Banyan Tree Phuket is a full-time on-site role located in Phuket. The Resort Host is responsible for ensuring that the resort guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. This includes assisting guests with check-in and check-out, providing recommendations for local attractions and events, facilitating guest requests, coordinating transportation, and responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications;
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
-Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in other languages beside English
-Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a luxury resort or hotel setting, is preferred
